Working for Goldbeck, K Rouse completed groundworks for a new distribution warehouse in Bradford for Widenhammer.
K Rouse were chosen for these works due to the fast tracked nature of the complex works that demanded a five week programme.
K Rouse Civil Engineers package included earthworks and reinforcement and concreting works to 130 nr bases up to 4.5m deep.
Vertical pre-cast concrete columns were then dropped into the bases before grouting.
