Swarcliffe Housing PFI

Working for Carillion K Rouse Civil Engineers Ltd successfully completed a series of drainage and hard landscaping packages on a large council estate in Leeds.

The works were divided into home zones, and due to our performance the allotment of packages given to us increased dramatically which made the project much more substantial than priced at tender stage.
