Gaza Barracks, Catterick

Working for Carillion PRC K Rouse Civil Engineers completed a number of large projects at Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire for the Ministry of Defence.

The Gaza scheme involved the construction of offices, stores and a parade ground.

The earthworks for this section included 33,000m3 of cut and fill with the follow on works consisting of groundworks, approximately 5,800m of surface water and foul drainage including manholes and a 1,800m3 attenuation tank.

The external works package included both tarmac and concrete roadways
